A set of body and lip butters I picked up at Costco. Using the vanilla one right now, and it smells so good, but the consistency isn't quite as good as the shea butter body butter from The Bodyshop. I prefer body butters to be super thick and holds its shape until it melts into your skin.
Batiste dry shampoo isn't as expensive as I thought it would be, averaging around 9400 won per bottle when on sale at Olive Young. Works well, smells great. I do need to reapply every 3 hours or so to keep my hair fluffy and voluminous until the next wash. I'm thinking about going back to the sebum powder from Innisfree that comes in a little mint green twisting cap jar though. That one's only 6000 won, and you can use all the product because it's shaken out. Sprays always get annoying when the product's running low.
A small haul from Innisfree. I got the ginger oil serum, essence, and wash-off mask.
The sheet masks and tiny boxes of essence and emulsion are freebies.
My haul from Missha was around 150 000 won. I bought all the products from the Time Revolution Line, which is supposed to be best when used in conjunction with each other. The essence especially is a dupe for the SK II essence ( which smells awful but works wonders.) I also got the ampoule, serum, and night repair cream.
Got loads of free samples from Missha on top of the sheet masks including shampoos, face cleansers and creams, sunblock, and more, but already used up half of the stash before I took a photo.
After watching SoothingSista's video about her favorite Korean beauty brands and products, I had to try for myself. It's the egg cream mask from Too Cool For School, a brand known for their snazzy packaging and lack of celebrity endorsement. I'm going to try it out tonight after a vigorous facial to see if the product is worth all the hype.
Also from Too Cool For School, this is the Artclass by Rodin bronzer contouring trio. I've been sweeping my brush evenly across the 3 shades, but I'm not sure if it's doing much in terms of sculpting the jawline and the hollows of my cheeks. Maybe I'll try just the 2 darker shades next time to compare results.
Cute little pumpkin sleeping mask samples, will try them out within this week.
